I randomly dropped by an open house that Marshall was holding at a property in PGA West. I had no intention of buying a property that day but, as luck would have it, I fell in love with the home and was able to put an offer in that week. Reflecting back, I am not sure how I would have successfully made it through the entire escrow process without Marshall. In the middle of my 45-day escrow, I was out of the country for 9 days. Marshall ensured that any and all paperwork, requirements, etc., were processed and in place prior to my international departure, except for final close. No small feat. His attention to detail, ability to keep me on track 100% of the time, was exceptional. I needed a lot of assistance along the way and Marshall's response time to all of my questions, no matter how big or small, was amazing. During it all, he also kept me going with his fantastic sense of humor ... very helpful in a realtor! As much as I love my new home, if I were ever to look for another one, I would immediately reach out to Marshall. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone needing a realtor in the Coachella Valley!
